Challenge
Packaging needed to reflect KAVU’s rugged, outdoor identity while scaling across multiple sandal lines and retail environments.

Approach
Developed a modular box system inspired by the underside of the sandal. Designed a flexible layout that could adapt across product variations and SKUs.

Outcome
A cohesive retail packaging system used nationwide in KAVU stores and online, produced in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
